At Yashvi Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in ensuring that every order is delivered in perfect condition. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions related to returns, replacements, and refunds.
We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the product and packaging. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene concerns, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor color variations, as product images may slightly differ due to lighting and screen resolution.
Customized jewellery, discounted items, and products purchased during sale or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team via email or phone with order details and proof of issue. Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Customers are required to ship the product securely to the address provided. Yashvi Jewellers will not be responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the necessary account details from the customer.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) once the returned item passes quality inspection.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
